Faux Black Leather mids and rear crown with embroidered hair, Faux Purple Leather Visor with hexagon pattern screenprinted on the fabric (to emulate Hulks big ole' pants), Front panel sublimated Hulk face with batted portions for his brow and glow in the dark print for his eyes, contrast sandwhich visor, and glow in the dark rear embroidery.
Again, I wanted to do something else with character caps beyond just embroidery and fabric. The use of the a-frame one panel front was specifically to be able to get the image and batted portions go across the front without is lining up over seams.

Hulk Chracter Face Cap Details
When I was working on the concept for Cap, almost a year before the movie came out, we had no idea what the back of his uniform looked like....and I kinda needed to know so that I could develop the rear of the fitted. So, just like everyone else who DIDN'T have a styleguide to work from, I was scouring the interwebs for anything that would help give me an idea of Cap's full costume.
Initial concepts for character caps and takedowns to 39THIRTYS. I don’t know what I was thinking with the all over hulk muscle either....

Based off of a previous Iron Man Proto from an earlier movie launch, this cap will have Red and Gold Faux Metallic Leather, metallic embroidery details, and a sublimated undervisor and lining.
These concepts never became a reality but how cool would a custom have been? One is more likely than the other though....
This was the first proto for the Hulk Cap....Glow in the dark fabric with sublimation of the Hulk's face on top.
